How to go there:

If you arrive with N88 road from Aubenas or Mende, Cross LE PUY EN VELAY, and take CLERMONT-FERRAND direction. As soon as you leave LE PUY EN VELAY with N102, there will be a sign pointing to the right to POLIGNAC. Follow this direction to POLIGNAC, and go as far as POLIGNAC (3 kms). Enter POLIGNAC village, and follow the signs « Chambres et Table d’hôtes La Gourmantine ».

If you arrive with N88 road from St Etienne, 3 kms before LE PUY-EN-VELAY, take the way-out CLERMONT-FERRAND D374. In each roundabout, keep direction CLERMONT-FERRAND till you find POLIGNAC direction. Enter POLIGNAC village, and follow signs « Chambres et Table d’hôtes La Gourmantine ».


If you arrive with N102 road from Clermont-Ferrand or Brioude or La Chaise Dieu, 5 kms before LE PUY EN VELAY, you will discover by left road-side a big tower in an old castle on a big rock. It’s POLIGNAC. At first roundabout, take POLIGNAC direction, and go as far as POLIGNAC (0.5 km). Enter POLIGNAC village, and follow signs « Chambres et Table d’hôtes La Gourmantine ».

If you arrive with D15 road from Valence or Tournon s/Rhone or Lamastre or St Agrève, in BRIVES CHARENSAC don’t cross the bridge over Loire river, but take the road on the right, just before the bridge. Go along Loire river till you find CLERMONT-FERRAND direction. In each roundabout, keep CLERMONT-FERRAND direction till you find POLIGNAC direction. Enter POLIGNAC village, and follow signs « Chambres et Table d’hôtes La Gourmantine ».
