Paule Heyberger welcomes you to his B&B “LES SOURCES”, a Provenza style villa that is perfectly integrated in a park containing
large olive, cedar and pine trees and a swimming pool (ll x 5 meters /36 x 16 ft.)
“LES SOURCES” offers 4 spacious and comfortable rooms all with private bathrooms and WCs, a very large living room with a library and a lounging area, and breakfast with homemade sweets and jam. A local fitness center has kindly made its services available to our guests.

Guaranteed parking.

The art work of Claude BOUTTERIN decorates the living room and the bedrooms.
“LES SOURCES” is a non-smoking establishment and even though the owner likes animals their presence is not allowed.

Lavande: 28 sq. meters (92 sq. ft.) with a mezzanine*, bathroom, WC, 2 beds (80 x 200 cm. /31 x 78 in.) garden and a balcony.

Prune: 30 sq. meters (118 sq.ft.) with a mezzanine*, bathroom, WC, garden and 1 bed (160 x 200 cm / 62 x 78 in.).

Abricot: 30 sq. meters (118 sq. ft) with a mezzanine*, bathroom, WC, garden and 2 beds (80x200 cm / 31 x 78 in.)

Price: 2 persons, breakfast included.
Low season: 85 Euros
High season: 95 Euros


Verbena: 30 sq. meters with a mezzanine*, bathroom, WC, 2 beds (80x200 cm / in.) and a balcony.
Price: 2 persons, breakfast included.

*Supplementary charge per person: 20 Euros

How to go there:

On the superhighway A8 follow the indications for NIZZA, then take exit 52 Saint ISIDORE, continue in the direction of CARROS and then GATTIERES. At the traffic circle in the village, follow the indication for LE BROC. On the left after 400 meters (437 yds.) there is Espeiroures Lane then turn again after 300 meters (98 ft.) on the left at the end of the narrow Barry Street.
The Nizza Costa Azzurra Airport is only 15 minutes away.
