The B & B guesthouse Nuits d'Azur is located in Vence, nestled between sea and mountains, only a ten minute walk from the Matisse Chapel and 5 minutes from the historic centre of Vence. Visitors are welcome all year long in a peaceful bosky bower and exceptional setting with the unbeatable open view on the mountain of Vence and the "Baou des Blancs". Accommodation : 3 double bedrooms each equipped with private bathrooms and toilet, and individually decorated, each in a different style. Capacity : 2 - 8 persons. We are at your disposal to guide you and help you prepare your exploration of the local sights : a walk to Saint Paul de Vence, discovery of a typical Provençal market, a small creek on the massif of Estérel, a shopping day in Monaco... There are many lovely hikes to choose from in the region : Nice, Monaco, Menton, Antibes - Juans les Pins, Cannes, Grasse... You can also go and see the famous markets of Vintimille and San Remo because Italy is just next door !

You can go on foot to the town centre, and have a look at the Provencal market which takes place every Tuesday and Friday morning, or the numerous shops (a 5 minute walk from the guest house).

We are only 5 km from the famous village of "Saint Paul de Vence" and from the Maeght Foundation, 10 km from the beach and 17 km from Nice Airport.

Rates:

- from 80 to 90 Euros / night for 2 persons including breakfast(supplementary bed : 20 Euros / night)
 Minimum stay : 2 days (except from 06/15 and 09/15 = 5 days)
 - Arrival time between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm
 - Departure before 11:00 am
 - Breakfast served between 08:30 am and 10:00 am (Continental Breakfast - croissants, bread, butter, jam, orange juice)
 - Animals not allowed
 - No credit cards accepted - Only cash or locak cheks
 - 30% deposit at reservation, balance payment upon arrival
 - A surcharge of 20 euros is invoiced (not included above) if payment by traveller or international check.
 - Cancellations are possible without surcharge up to 5 working days prior to arrival (for cancellations less than 5 working days before arrival, 50% of the total cost is invoiced).
 - Early departures cannot be refunded.
 - Children are welcome over 14 years.
 - No smoking guestrooms.

Meals:

Evening meals are possible on prior reservation only at rate of 30,00 Euros / person including first course, main course, dessert, wine and water.

How to go there:

- On the A8 exit 47 Vence (from Cannes) or exit 48 (from Nice, Airport), then follow the route to Vence

- Do not drive to the direction "Vence Centre Historique" follow up the D36 road to Vence.

- Once in Vence, take the last exit on your right at the roundabout and follow the sign " Nall Art Association".

- Then, turn right at " Holy Chapel Ste Anne" along "Chemin du Baric", then take your first left (boulevard du Maréchal de Lattre).

- "Allée du Bois" is a small impasse/cul de sac, 50 metres further on the right side of the "boulevard du Maréchal de Lattre", nr 125.
