The beach as well as the mountains can be reached within a 30 minutes drive. Historical places are about 20 minutes away (Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Acquaviva, Ripatransone, etc.), other etruscan, roman and medieval towns and sites all around in our area. Excellent and various food, vine tasting with our local favorite (cantina CiùCiù), exhibitions, festivals, concerts and night life.  Directions:
In the southernmost part of the Marches at the border to the Abruzzi, Villa Magnolia is located in the area of the well known rolling hills of Italy, 12 km from the Adriatic Sea. Our region is often called "the best kept secret of Italy" as tourism is not yet very much developed.  Rates:
