Rates:

October - April:
Guest Bedrooms: Euro 120.00 per night
Apartments: Euro 180.00 per night
May - September:
Guest Bedrooms: Euro 140.00 per night
Apartments: Euro 200.00 per night


Meals:

Breakfast is included in the rate of our guest bedrooms. Breakfast is also available to guests using our apartments for an additional charge.

Lunch is available throughout the summer months served either on one of our terraces or by the pool.

Dinner is available on two evenings each week during the summer.


How to go there:

From Rome & From Florence
Using the A1 Autostrade, take the exit for Monte San Savino.
After paying the toll charges, (You may wish to set your trip meter to zero) at the main road turn right heading for Castiglion Fiorentino (SP39). Follow the signs for Castiglion Fiorentino. At the Road junction (T-Junction), turn Left (4.4km) towards Castiglion Fiorentino. At the traffic lights, go straight on and follow the road towards Castiglion Fiorentino.
On entry to Castiglion Fiorentino (after the Co-Op market on your right), there is a 'T' Junction (14.4km), turn Right towards Cortona. At the 3rd set of traffic lights (16.1km), (just before a Q8 service station on the left), turn left heading towards Polvano. Then take the second turning on the right (17.7km) (by the church) signed Pieve Di Chio / Orzale. After reaching Pieve Di Chio (22.5km), continue driving straight on (passing a church on your right) for about a 700 meters you will see 2 large pine trees on the right of the road (23km), then a small bridge (23.1km) - Just on the bridge there is a turn to the right, this is the entrance to Casa Portagioia - Welcome! Follow the drive to the main gates, enter and then turn right in to the car park.
