One building has some rooms with a view over the Rio San Moise, enlivened by the passage of gondolas. The other building can offer you all the best comforts like a jacuzzi and an elevator and the quiet of a house with private patio.The elegance of the hotel atmosphere with its eighteenth century Venetian style furnishings, offers our guests a pleasant stay in the spirit of warm welcome and prestigious tradition. Particularly appealing is its second building position along one of the most important thoroughfares in Venice.The presence of the two buildings insure a complete choice of accomodation that can match the needs of more guests. In the first building you satisfy the curiosity of an house old and typical venetian but being in the suites on the canal you can breath the old luxury life of the most serene republic. From our second exclusive building, located at 200 metres distance from La Fenice Theatre, we complete the choice of accomodation offering only the most exclusive superior rooms. The furniture and the style remain the same but, an elevator, an exclusive VIP reception desk, a free breakfast delivered in the room on request, a luxury package (prosecco wine bottle on arrival and fresh fruit), exclusive marble bathrooms with jacuzzi bathtub (only two rooms are without it), LCD flatscreen TV and computerized air condition system are included in the price of the rooms. Our two buiding are clse to San marco Square and La fenice theatre . You will make the check in in the first one and then our porter will provvide to carry the luggage to the second one . You will find anothe desk with a concierge that is on purpose to satisfy our best treatment .At the reception desk you can find at your disposal following free services: Boat trip to the Murano Island, free ticket admittance to the casino, free reservation service for the opera concerts in the main theatre of Venice, free news paper in several languages ( only for superior and luxury rooms ) in the room previous confirmation and from the morning after arrival . Free breakfast delivered in the room ( only for superio and luxury accomodation ) , and everything you might need more we do the best to provide in the minimum time we can . Our best guests in the Superior Rooms and in the second building receive a free newspaper every day (if it has been requested before arrival). The second building also includes luggage transportation from the main building, tourist desk with all the information and dedicated concierge to satisfy everything you might need. Since Hotel San Moise offers rooms in three different buildings, located at a short distance form each other, upon check in you will be accomodated in one of our three structures.
