Amazing superior class structure in the heart of Venice, only 150 meters away from the main central Venice railway station (Santa Lucia) and close to the Grand Canal.

Rooms are very bright and lie on 4 floors (no lift), but we just opened three new rooms on the ground floor (only 5 stairsteps) for people who have some problems in moving upstairs (this three rooms have bathroom ensuite). They are all very well equipped and our guest can choose between rooms with bathroom ensuite (with hairdryer), and rooms with sharing bathroom on the floor (cheaper). Anyhow, every room has TV (we are also buying a new satellite), airconditioning/heating, telephone (with the possibility to call outside), alarm service, amenities, wireless lan, balcony with flowers on request (view on a typical venecian Calle). Our breakfast room has been opened on May the 12th, and it's also a wonderful living room with a small bar which works all day long. Our hotel is a very intersting place to stay, since it gives the tourist the opportunity to visit the most beautyful city of the world without spending a huge amount of money. Indeed our interest is to sell as more as we can by imposing fees which are competitive if compared to those of other venice Hotels. That's why we are named "preferred": we offer a great service at a small price, without renouncing to some important quality points, since we provide personalized selfcare stuffs (toothbrush, soap and foam bath, shampoo, headset and so on). We also provide boots (gratis) when high water occurs.
