Our B&B is located in the very heart of Venice at Calle Lunga San Barnaba, a few minutes walking from Campo San Barnaba and Campo Santa Margherita. The rooms are elegant, cosy and air-conditioned, all have bathrooms, and have been recently refurbished. At the groundfloor there is an oriental style tea-room and a nice garden with jasmine and wistaria plants. It is at a walking distance (15 min.) from St. Mark Square, Rialto Bridge and the Railway Station. The owners have lived a long time in Japan and China.

The rates for a single room are 50-90 euro and for a double room are 70-130 euro. 10% discount for stays longer than 3 nights.

How to go there:

The B&B is easy to reach because it is well served by public transport.
Whether you are arriving from the Piazzale Roma (car and bus terminal), or from the railway station, take the waterbus (Vaporetto) No.1 (runs every 10 mins.) and get off at "Ca' Rezzonico" stop.
Then you walk streight on for a 2-3 mins.,
without crossing any bridge, to Calle Lunga San Barnaba No. 2727A.
From Tronchetto car parking place take the waterbus No. 82 and you get off at "Zattere" stop and you go on for about 5 mins. on foot (see the map).
From Marco Polo Airport take the Alilaguna blue line waterbus and get off at "San Marco" stop where you commute with vaporetto No.1 until "Ca' Rezzonico". Otherwise you take the bus to Piazzale Roma and from there you walk or take waterbus No.1.
