Guesthouse Tenuta Regina B&B comprises several lodgings they are named like the tipical birds of our laguneAirone: apartment located on the west side of the main house Casale Masorini, farmhouse in front of the pool (3 apts "Masorini 1, 2, 3"), Casale Fattoria farmhouse only 100mt far from the pool (2 apts Jolly#1,2) Casale Folaghe in a third farmhouse about 400 meters away (4 apts "Folaghe 1, 2, 3, 4").
Within the complex of the main house there are the reception, Breakfast room, 2 meeting rooms ,the swimming pool that is available to all guests. In addition, mountain bikes are available for rental. The farming company Tenuta Regina lies in the heart of the green Friulian riviera, south of the route that connects Venice with Trieste, at short distance from the sea. Managed by the Pasti family since the 1950s, today it covers 182 hectares (445 acres), planted with grain, corn, soy, sugar beets, grapes and fruit, and is farmed using environmentally friendly methods. The mouth of the Stella River and the Marano Lagoon make up, for a long expanse, a natural boundary of the farm and help make it a unique site. Because of its natural characteristics and the richness of its animal life, Tenuta Regina makes an ideal vacation spot not only for persons seeking quiet and relaxation, but also for persons who want to be able to commune with nature during their vacation. Since 2005 Tenuta Regina is "Fattoria del Panda" in cooperation wirh WWF.
The buildings, dating back to the earliest days of farming this territory, have been recently rebuilt to guarantee a comfortable stay at Tenuta Regina.

Directions:
Directions to reach Tenuta Regina from the Autostrada A4 are as follows:
1) Exit the Autostrada A4 Venice–Trieste at the Latisana toll booth
2) 100 meters beyond the toll booth is a traffic light. Proceed straight ahead through the traffic light toward Lignano Sabbiadoro, Trieste.
3) After 3.3 kilometers, at the top of the overpass, turn right onto S.S. 14, heading east toward Trieste
4) After 5.5 kilometers on S.S. 14, you reach the built-up area of Palazzolo dello Stella; at the traffic light, turn right onto S.P. 122 toward Piancada. Proceeding 7.2 kilometers along the main road, you will find Agriturism Tenuta Regina on the right.

Buffet Breakfast salty and sweet courses, Brunch. The Menu depends on the season as we product our own salame, cheese, fruits, eggs, vegetables and wine.
Activities and attractions nearby:
For sports lovers, Agriturism Tenuta Regina offers a swimming pool and rental of mountain bikes. In nearby Lignano Sabbiadoro are a Golf Club , and numerous horseback riding grounds and tennis courts. For lovers of canoeing, the mouth of the Stella River is only one kilometer from Tenuta Regina (and still within the farm) and it is possible to go up the Stella River to its source. Likewise, from the same point it is also possible to visit the Marano Lagoon.
Some of the most beautiful beaches of the upper Adriatic are easily reached from Tenuta Regina: Lignano Sabbiadoro, Bibione and Grado are between 20 and 40 kilometers away. In such seaside locations are also found various famous centers for hot springs. A half-hour away by car is the beach of Brussa, one of the last open, wild and unspoiled beaches of this area.
For lovers of cultural tourism, there are many historic and artistic centers to be found in nearby areas. In the immediate vicinity are the maritime town of Marano Lagunare, the old cities of Portogruaro and Concordia Sagittaria, Aquileia, Grado, and the remarkable star-shaped fortress town of Palmanova—built by the Venetians in the late 16th century to defend their inland frontiers and refortified by Napoleon in the early 19th century, Palmanova was a model of military architecture throughout the Renaissance. By traveling just a few kilometers further, you reach Cividale and Udine, Trieste and its famous coast, Treviso and Oderzo, as well as Caorle and its lagoon. Venice is only an hour away by car, and can also be easily reached by train from nearby Latisana.
