This original Frisian Estate stems from 1655 is set on an idyllic location in the village of Oudkerk, has been restored in 1986 in its original form.

Nowadays, Landgoed De Klinze is a lovely symbiosis of history, culture and contemporary luxury, based on inner well-being. Besides the luxurious guest rooms, the restaurant and the beauty parlour, our rural estate has a stable called ""Stal fan Klinze". In this classical stable, you will find some authentic Frisian horses and antique carriages which are available for our guests. You can also enjoy a round trip on our boat "De Wetterfreule". On this boat you will make a trip past the northern parts of the famous "Elfstedentocht". Country estate 'De Klinze' offers a comfortable hotel/restaurant -accomodation. You can have a pleasant time in the cosy lounge, with an aperitif or relaxing lecture. The tastful decorated rooms have an atmosphere of hospitality and are equiped with a luxurious marble bathroom with shower and/or bath, TV, minibar, safe and comfortable seating area. The property of 'De Klinze' has one of the worlds most famous beauty centres: The Institute de Beauté Guerlain. The warm, luxurious and tastful decorated Institute, is a succesful copy of the Institut de Beauté Guerlain at the Rue Sèvres in Paris. In a inviting chique ambiance, covered in luxury, peace and quietness you can surrender to friendly beauticians, with a lot of expertise. The Institute has several beauty- and massagesalons. A royal swimmingpool and facilities like a whirlpool, sauna, turkisch steambath, a solarium make this world a world of pleasure. Country estate 'De Klinze' is situated in a beautiful environment. The 8 acres park of the country estate and the afforested surroundings are perfect for walking and biking tours (bikes are available).
