The heart of Texel, ideally situated just off a square right in the centre of Den Burg. The hotel is surrounded by shopping streets and on Mondays there is a colourful market right outside the door.
The beach and the forest are about 5 kilometres away. This historical hotel underwent extensive renovations at the beginning of 2002. The restaurant, Grand Café and conference halls were completely redecorated. A new addition is "het Schoutenhuys", the stylishly decorated brasserie in the oldest section of the building with an historical facade. The hotel also has a terrace on the square, a conservatory and a private car park. The hotel is open all year round and is ideal for parties, functions and conference arrangements. The Hotel Located in the "heart of Texel," a very central location on the square "de Groeneplaats," in the middle of the center of Den Burg. The hotel is surrounded by shopping streets and on Monday there's a fun market in front of the hotel. This historical hotel (ca. 1890) has endured a radical renovation in the last couple of years. The restaurant, the Grand Café and the conference rooms have all been redecorated. A new addition is the stylish decorated restaurant "het Schoutenhuys" in the oldest part of the building (ca. 1611), with a historic façade. Furthermore, the hotel has a large terrace, a sun room and parking spaces. We are open the entire year and suitable for parties, celebrations and conference packages. We can accommodate more than 700 guests in our Party Centrum "Question Plaza." The Rooms Our rooms are very luxurious and comfortable equipped with everything you may need. Furthermore, they have been renovated in 2003 and 2004. The Restaurants In "Restaurant de Lindeboom" you can dine à la carte or enjoy our daily menu or our locale menu. Furthermore, the hotel has a renovated Grand Café, a cozy 'brown café' and a large sunny terrace! Naturally we serve all the locale beers from Texel's brewery. You can also dine in "het Schoutenhuys." This restaurant from the 17th century is located next to Hotel de Lindeboom. Here you can truly enjoy the locale atmosphere. More than 50 local drinks can be found on the menu. Furthermore, nearly all dishes are made with local products. Local chef Pieter Krugers manages to create a feast everyday with the help of his kitchen staff. Welcome in the "heart of Texel!"
