Roermond is located in the center of Limburg.

It is a nice old town with small allees but also museums, lots of churches like the Munsterkerk, Christoffelkathedral, and Kapel in 't Zand. Don't forget to visit the Designer's Outlet, just at the entrance of Roermond: more then 100 shops are waiting for your visit.

You can also make a boat-trip on the famous Maasplassen. Or take a hike on the Pieterpad, Maas-Swalm-Nette path of go to Staatsbosbeheer for a guided tour through the forest.
