An intimate and homey apartment on the third floor (70 square meters) fully equipped and consisting of a large living room (overlooking the park), a bedroom with a double queen size bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment is ideal for both short and longer stay and for ultimate privacy. Mutual washer/dryer on the ground floor.

Studio - sleeps 2 guests:
This spacious studio on the second floor consists of a kitchen, bathroom with shower and a roomy living area equiped with table, sofa and bed. Ideal for a couple as the livingroom is not separated from the bedroom area. Mutual washer/dryer on the ground floor.
