Villas San Blas is LOCATED in the quiet area of San Blas, in the Municipality of Tìas - Lanzarote, on a hillside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Villas San Blas is only three minutes from the beach and from Puerto del Carmen by car, and ten minutes from the airport. The Villas comprise twelve marvellous, grouped and independent brand new villas (approx. 300sqm), each with three bedrooms (1 double, 2twin). The living areas are harmoniously decorated with a satellite TV and a dining area. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and oven. The villas have its own private swimming pool with fresh water, a fully furnished terrace or solarium, barbecue, ideal for al fresco dinning and a garden with Canarian flora and parking area. Each villa has been named with Guanches (native islanders) and African Princess: Iraya, Fayan, Dacil, Guacimara, Guayarmina, Ico, Yaiza, Romagua, Nisa, Teguise, Kella and Arminda.
