La Sayuela B&B**** stands on a 10,000 square metres farmland which adjoins the Regional Park of Gredos, with all the strength and splendour of the Sierra de Gredos (range of mountains) on one side, and the Valley of Tietar and “La Vera” on the other, creating spectacular sights from the house throughout the year. The farmland is surrounded by a number of gorges, some of them stand out for their natural swimming pools like the ones of “Chilla”, “Alardos” and “Santa María”, and we can’t leave out “Tejea” or “Blanca”.
The rural house La Sayuela B&B**** is a ground floor building, which has walls 60 centimetres wide made of stone on the outside and wood work on the outside and the inside, this makes it suitable for keeping coolness in the summertime and the warmth of the heating in winter. There are five double bedrooms all of them with bathroom and each one looking on a different sight of the mountains of Gredos or the valley of Tietar. The lounge has a timber ceiling six metres high which makes you feel a special and comfortable spaciousness enjoying the warmth of the fireplace and together with the dinning and living areas makes it possible to create different atmospheres at any time. From the lounge there is a forged staircase which leads to the games parlour. There, you can find a billiard table, table games, as well as a large library with a great choice of books of all genre, you can also enjoy the sight from a bay window and be delighted by the landscape, and watch at night -- with or without telescope -- the stars in all their splendour.
For those who wish to stay for lunch or dinner restaurant a 500 m. traditional food.
There are multiple leisure activities you can achieve: you can go on interesting and spectacular guided equestrian routes which can last from one hour to several days, or sail down the river Tietar on canoe whatever your age is (neopreno suits and life jackets are provided for security). There is also the possibility to go hang gliding and climbing, and for those who prefer to walk whether on guided excursions or by themselves, the “Sierra de Gredos” has a great landscape interest and the possibility of observing protected fauna such as golden eagle, vulture, stork and others. The tracks lead to places worth visiting such as “Los Hermanitos de Tejea”, the refuge “Albarea”, and “La Puente del Puerto” where the roman bridge stands as firm as the first day, you can also enjoy playing golf, fishing (without killing) and hunting (hunting parties for all kinds of big game: deer, wild Spanish goat, wild boar). You can go on trip to nearby places of great tourist interest where you can easily get by car, and visit for instance, the Celtic Iron Age Settlement of the first century, prehistoric cave paintings, the Sanctuary of “Chilla” and the church of “La Asunción” of the second century in Candeleda (the ceramic altarpiece made in Talavera is one of the most ancient ones in the area). There are some villages declared of tourist interest owing to their popular festivities: the pilgrimage to “Chilla, “Los Empalaos” in Valverde, “El Peropalo” in Villanueva and “El Jarramplás” are some of them.
We can’t forget to mention its climate, owing to our privileged geographic position we can enjoy a microclimate which enables tobacco, cherry trees and peppers to be grown and our streets to be decorated with orange and palm trees. Not in vain this area is known as Avila´s Seville though better known as the Ceiling of Castille and offers water, sun and an excellent microclimate for the visitor to enjoy throughout the year.

La Sayuela B&B**** le extérieur et en bois "est un bâtiment de rez-de-chaussée, qui a des murs 60 centimètres de large fait en pierre sur travail sur le extérieur et l'intérieur, ceci le rend approprié à maintenir la fraîcheur dans l'été et la chaleur du chauffage en hiver. Il y a cinq doubles chambres à coucher tous avec la salle de bains et chacune qui regarde sur une vue différente des montagnes de Gredos ou de la vallée de Tietar. Le salon a un plafond de bois de construction six mètres de haut qui les marques vous jugent que un spaciousness spécial et confortable appréciant la chaleur de la cheminée et ainsi que les secteurs dinning et de vies permet pour créer les différentes atmosphères à tout moment. Du salon il y a un escalier forgé qui mène aux jeux le salon. Là, vous pouvez trouver une table de billard, dards, jeux de table, comme une grande bibliothèque avec un grand choix des livres de tout le genre, vous peut également apprécier la vue d'une fenêtre en saillie et être enchantée par le paysage, et la montre la nuit -- avec ou sans le télescope -- les étoiles en tout leur

"La Sayuela" befindet sich auf einem mehr als 10.000 Quadratmeter großen landwirtschaftlichen Anwesen, welches an den Regionalpark Gredos angrenzt. Die majestätische Pracht des Gredos-Gebirges auf der einen Seite, und die Täler des Tietar und La Vera auf der anderen Seite, bieten das ganze Jahr über ein spektakuläres Panorama. Das Anwesen ist umgeben von mehreren Schluchten, in denen sich herrliche Badegelegenheiten bieten wie beispielsweise Chilla, Alardos, Santa Maria und nicht zuletzt Tejea y und Blanca.

Das ländliche Haus "La Sayuela" ist ein einstöckiges Gebäude dessen Außenwände aus 60 cm dicken Steinmauern mit Holzverkleidung bestehen. Dadurch ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl und im Winter behaglich warm. Es sind fünf Doppelzimmer vorhanden, jedes verfügt über ein Badezimmer und jedes Zimmer hat eine andere Aussicht auf das Gredos Gebirge oder in das Tal des Tietar. Der Aufenthaltsraum hat eine 6 Meter hohe Holzdecke, und vermittelt zusammen mit dem Eß- und Wohnbereich ein angenehmes großzügiges Ambiente, in welchem sich die Wärme des offenen Kamins gemütlich genießen lässt. Vom Aufenthaltsraum führt eine schmiedeeiserne Treppe in den Spieleraum, in welchem sich ein Billard Tisch, Tischspiele und eine große Bücherei mit einer umfangreichen Auswahl an Büchern aller Genres befinden. Genießen Sie die Aussicht vom Panoramafenster aus und erfreuen Sie sich an der herrlichen Landschaft. Beobachten Sie die Sterne bei Nacht in all ihrer Pracht - ein Teleskop ist vorhanden.
Es werden vielfältige Freizeitaktivitäten angeboten: Sie können an interessanten und spektakulären geführten Ausritten teilnehmen, welche zwischen einer Stunde bis zu mehrere Tagen dauern, Sie können mit dem Kanu den Tietar hinunter fahren egal welchen Alters Sie sind (Neoprenanzüge und Schwimmwesten werden für Ihre Sicherheit bereitgestellt). Sie können auch Gleitschirm fliegen oder Bergsteigen, und für diejenigen, die Wanderungen bevorzugen, egal ob auf eigene Faust oder bei geführten Ausflügen, bietet das Gredos-Gebirge großartige landschaftliche Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Gelegenheit geschützte Tiere wie den Goldadler, Geier, Störche und Weitere zu beobachten. Die Wanderstrecken führen zu sehenswerten Orten wie "Los Hermanitos de Tejea", die Wanderhütte "Albarea", und "La Puente del Puerto", wo die römische Brücke noch so sicher steht wie am ersten Tag. Die können sich am Golf spielen erfreuen, angeln (ohne die Fische zu töten), und jagen (es gibt Jadgesellschaften für alle Arten Großwild: Hirsche, spanische Wildziegen oder Wildschweine). Sie können Ausflüge zu nahen Orten mit hohem geschichtlichen Interesse unternehmen, welche mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen sind, zum Beispiel die keltische Eiszeitsiedlung aus dem ersten Jahrhundert, prähistorische Höhlenmalereien, die sakrale Stätte und Kirche "Chila" und die Kirche "La Asunción" in Candeleda aus dem zweiten Jahrhundert (die Altarfigur aus Talavera ist eine der Ältesten der Gegend). Es gibt einige Dörfer welche wegen ihrer bekannten Feste von touristischem Interesse sind: die Pilgerfahrt nach Chilla, "Los Empalaos" in Valverde, "El Peropalo" in Villanueva und "El Jarramplás" sind nur einige davon.
Wir dürfen das Klima nicht vergessen, wegen unserer bevorzugten geografischen Lage erfreuen wir uns eines Mikroklimas, in welchem Tabak, Kirschbäume und Paprikaschoten gedeihen und welches unsere Straßen mit Orangenbäumen und Palmen schmückt. Nicht umsonst ist unsere Gegend bekannt als "Avila´s Seville" oder als "Dach Kastiliens" und erfreut die Besucher das ganze Jahr über mit Wasser, Sonne und einem vortrefflichen Klima.

Finca privilegiada junto al Parque regional de Gredos, a la Vera y en pleno Valle del Tietar, dada su situación privilegiada concede unas vistas tan espectaculares que relajan la vista y la mente, y como nos encontramos en un entorno tan excepcional podemos decir que si el paraíso existió estamos en el , el microclima que disfrutamos durante todo el año, nos proveen de los alimentos mas esenciales, y decoramos nuestras calles con naranjos y palmeras que con el arrullo de las gargantas crean una música y olores difíciles de interpretar en otras zonas.
Amplios jardines rodean la casa y en ellos tenemos la piscina así como mobiliario para que cada cual busque su rincón preferido.
También tenemos próximas las piscinas naturales a 400mts, campo de golf 9 hoyos, caballos, senderismo, náutica, avistamiento de aves, quads, rutas arqueológicas, gastronómicas e históricas, escalada, y sobre todo un trato discreto y agradable. Máxima discreción.
