CASA ROSA is a family run B&B on the Costa Blanca, this 100 year old country house, is situated between the tranquil Spanish villages of San Fulgencio and Dolores. The rooms are spacious with twin beds and are all en-suite, there is also a poolside self catering apartment available which sleeps up to 4,there are 2 large private sun terraces, 1 with panoramic views of the mountains, the other surrounds the swimming pool.

Rates:

Our rates are:

25€ per double room per night from Oct to March, 155€ per week.

30€ per double room per night from Apr to June, 175€ per week.

35€ per double room per night from July to Sept, 195€ per week.

Self catering appartment rates:

170€ per week Oct to March.(substantial discount for long term)

220€ per week Apr to June. (substantial discount for long term)

330€ per week July to Sept (substantial discount for long term)

Long Term rate:

from 375€ per month




Meals:

We do a full English breakfast (not for the faint hearted) for only 5€ per person, or if you would like something a bit lighter we also do a Continental breakfast.


How to go there:

From Alicante airport follow the N332 south towards Santa Pola, after about 25 kilometres, turn right at the exit sign posted to San Fulgencio and Dolores, travel for approx 5 kms then follow sign for Dolores, straight across roundabout after approx 2 kms turn right into Vereda Coronela, which is the second right after the second bump in the road from the roundabout, Casa Rosa is about 200 mts on the left. Airport pick ups from Alicante and Murcia can be arranged.
