Great Yarmouth
Located on the East
Coast in East Anglia Great Yarmouth is one of the last English seaside
towns. A number of improvements have been made recently to the
seafront, market place and walk between both it retains the charm and
attraction of this type of resort. 'Kiss Me Quick' hats and candy floss
are the image but it has a modern centre with shopping mall and easy
access from train ample parking for cars. Once a thriving port the town
has been revived by commencement of a new port [finishing 2008] giving
access to Europe via Holland. Norfolk is on of the most attractive
parts of the UK with flat open countryside and beautiful scenery. The
Norfolk broads give this area a unique style. East Anglia covers the
wide 'Bump' of East England and the East Coast offers visitors a wealth
of attractions and activities.
