Smoking is permitted in the residents lounge,on the ground floor. Excess to Internet, for 'e-mail' purposes. The park opposite, good for recreation & has wonderful views across the City to the Norman Cathedral/Castle skyline. Ideal spot for artists. We have 'Off-street' large Free, car park. Short walking distance to Sincil Bank Football Stad'. A bus-stop just yards from the gate. Providing transport too & from the City Centre.
