Lovingly restored and offering heaps of space and excellent facilities, the house contains a wealth of exciting and unusual original period features. There are beams galore (horizontal & vertical), open fires, two staircases, flagstone floors, a secret courtyard with pond and well, the original Cider room and apple trough and the Bakehouse with bread ovens and copper.

Set up high in the beautiful countryside of the Mendip Hills in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, the location is ideal if you are looking for a romantic, family, walking or sight-seeing holiday or simply wishing to relax for a few days away from it all. It is a haven for children of all ages as there is a huge Games Room, and a convenient stop over for guests travelling to and from Devon and Cornwall.

From Wells:

Take the B3139 (signed The Horringtons) up St Thomas Street into the Bath Road.
Continue for 1 mile. Turn right by Wells Golf Club into the Old Frome Road.
After 1 mile, Manor Farm is on your left, immediately before the village crossroads, opposite the church.
